How does the purchase process work?
Select the reports you like, add them to your cart, and click checkout. You may provide a Purchase Order number or simply request a quote. A ClarityReporting.com representative will contact you and email you the reports.
Are all sales final?
No. We want to make sure that our reports work in your environment, and that they provide the information that you expect to see. If you are not completely satisfied with the reports, you are entitled to a full refund.
What do I do if I'm not sure what data is being displayed on a report?
Call or email us. We will be happy to walk through the details on any of our reports, and welcome the communication as a chance to make our site better.
Are these all the reports you have?
Our developers and soon our community are continuing to develop new reports to publish. If there are any specific types of reports you would like to see, shoot us a note.
Can these reports be tailored to the way I do business?
Yes. For a modest fee, we will add additional sorting and filtering to any report, as well as add/remove fields. If the customization is excessive, we will provide you a quote or develop a new report for you.
I just spent a fortune on custom reports. Is there any way to recoup my expense?
If you own the reports (check any third party agreements), you may post them on ClarityReporting.com and receive a credit every time your reports are downloaded. You can use this credit to purchase additional reports, or software and services from our partners.
Do you offer training on how to write reports?
We do not, but one of our partners, AGE Software, has a 2 day class on the Clarity data model and reporting. Visit them at www.agesoftware.com.
